Aileen Amador Mezza is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of The Amador Foundation. She is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience in the real estate mortgage lending industry. Her deep understanding of the intricacies involved in real estate transactions, from processing to closing, has made her a trusted expert. Aileen's debut autobiography reveals a raw and transformative journey, from her sheltered Catholic-Colombian upbringing to a harrowing drug-induced psychosis that could have ended her life. Her story, marked by resilience and growth, offers readers a powerful narrative of overcoming adversity. Aileen's greatest strengths lie in her people skills, driven motivation, and unwavering commitment to honest communication.

Dyanna DeSousa

Dyanna DeSousa, the Chief Financial Officer & Co-Founder of the Amador Foundation, is a passionate advocate for mental health and special needs children. She has experience navigating the special needs spectrum and has a heart for helping families with special needs members. With a background in corporate America, she assisted in funding the foundation and plans to grow it, acting as a road map for others unable to navigate the scope of special needs services or mental health services.

Samantha Peña 

Samantha Peña, the Operations Director for the Amador Foundation, is a dedicated advocate for mental health, special education, domestic violence, and anti-human trafficking. Her unwavering commitment to raising awareness and breaking down negative stigmas surrounding these topics within the community. She identifies the gap within these issues and wants to bring it to light. With an extensive background in special education, behavioral therapy, and the nonprofit world, she is dedicated to serving the people in her community and quotes them as her inspiration. She chose to join The Amador Foundation because she recognized the foundation's positive impact on the community and enjoys working with such a passionate team.
